Job Description

The Customer Solution Center Representative will be responsible for resolving basic hardware and software technical issues, supporting both internal and external users through phone and electronic communication channels. This role requires individuals with excellent analytical and communication skills who can provide timely solutions, guidance, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve simple hardware and software issues effectively for customers and business partners.
  • Provide support through telephone and electronic channels for technical problem resolution.
  • Document and summarize each case and update the Knowledge Management System (KMS).
  • Proactively guide customers to avoid recurring issues.
  • Represent HP in customer visits, conferences, and vendor meetings when required.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to data research, reporting, and analytics projects.
  • Share insights and progress updates with internal stakeholders regularly.

Required Education and Experience

  • A four-year degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in remote or technical support roles is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting, and customer handling.

Desired Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of Operating Systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with AWS, SQL, Python, Java, and Automation concepts.
  • Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Strong skills in Debugging, Root Cause Analysis, and Technical Support.
  • Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP) and Workflow Management systems.
  • Exposure to SaaS (Software as a Service) platforms is a plus.
