About the Role
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will support the Lead Innovation Engineer in building, maintaining, and evolving an internal platform of LLM-powered tools. This is a hands-on, full-stack role working across Next.js frontends, FastAPI backends, and AWS infrastructure, with direct exposure to production AI systems including content extraction pipelines, prompt engineering, web scraping, and data integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain features across Next.js frontends and FastAPI backends.
- Support production tool maintenance: bug fixes, enhancements, data validation, and monitoring.
- Build and maintain pipelines connecting third-party APIs (SEMrush, ScrapingBee) to LLM workflows.
- Set up and manage scheduled jobs using AWS ECS Scheduled Tasks, EventBridge, and Redis-based queues.
- Work with OpenAI and Anthropic APIs to integrate LLM functionality into tools.
- Get hands-on with AWS services including ECS, ALB, S3, RDS, and EventBridge.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as part of daily workflow.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates from the 2022–2025 graduating batches with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 1.5 years of professional experience, can apply. A solid foundation in Python is required, along with working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, basic SQL, REST APIs, and Git/GitHub workflows.
