About the Role
As an MS Engineer (L1), you will provide first-level managed services support, monitoring client infrastructure, triaging incidents, and resolving routine technical issues within defined SLAs. This role is part of NTT DATA’s Technical Engineering function, offering hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations and structured escalation processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level (L1) monitoring and support for client infrastructure and systems.

Eligibility Criteria
