About the Role
As a Business Technology Solutions Associate, you will collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions that address critical business problems. You’ll understand and analyze business problems thoroughly, translate them into effective technical designs, and apply development methodologies like Agile and waterfall to ensure successful, timely project completion — all within ZS’s Technology group, which delivers enterprise-wide transformation via cutting-edge tech for healthcare and life sciences clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ZS and client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions.
- Analyze business problems and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Design and implement technical features using best practices for the relevant tech stack.
- Assist in the development phase of client engagements, ensuring effective problem-solving.
- Apply Agile, waterfall, SIT, and embedded QA methodologies for timely project delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, with 0-3+ years of relevant professional experience delivering small/medium-scale technology solutions, can apply.
