Job Description
Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) is a unique career opportunity that allows graduates to gain professional IT experience while pursuing an M.Tech degree sponsored by Wipro. As a Scholar Trainee, you will work on live business projects, develop technical skills, and receive structured training from industry experts.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- BCA or B.Sc graduates from the 2024 or 2025 batch.
- Eligible streams include Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics.
- Minimum 60% marks or 6.0 CGPA in Graduation.
- Must have passed 10th and 12th standards.
- Core Mathematics must be one of the subjects during Graduation.
- One active backlog is allowed during the online assessment and must be cleared before graduation.
- Open schooling or distance education is allowed only for 10th and 12th.
- Graduation must be completed through a full-time course recognized by the Central or State Government.
- Maximum three years of education gap is allowed before graduation.
- No academic gaps are permitted during graduation.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration.
- Indian Citizens, PIO, OCI, Bhutan, and Nepal nationals meeting eligibility criteria can apply.
Stipend & Benefits
- 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 ESI per month
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 ESI per month
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 ESI per month
- 4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
- Joining Bonus: ₹75,000 (paid along with the first month’s stipend)
