Job Description
The Trainee will be responsible for configuring and testing the Wipro Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System according to client requirements. This includes setting up system parameters and configurations using Wipro’s internal tools and proprietary technologies to ensure that client specifications are met.
Key Highlights:
- Work with Wipro’s proprietary systems and tools to perform configuration and testing.
- Understand and analyze client needs to configure system tables and parameters accordingly.
- Ensure quality delivery and compliance with project timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end system functionality and testing efficiency.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Knowledge of SAS and Mainframe concepts.
- Ability to write and understand SQL queries (simple and complex).
- Familiarity with system testing and software quality assurance principles.
- Understanding of automation testing fundamentals (exposure is a plus).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of relational database concepts, including tables, keys, and relationships.
