Job Description

Meesho is looking for a Trainee – Recruitment Coordinator to join its Human Resources and Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore. In this role, the candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and assist with hiring for multiple open positions.

The role provides an opportunity to work in a metrics-driven recruitment environment and gain practical experience in candidate coordination, interview scheduling, recruitment operations, reporting, and dashboard management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Post-Graduate degree from a recognized institution.

• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards.
• Update recruitment data accurately and regularly.
• Support the Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day recruitment activities.
