MetLife is looking for candidates for the Associate Data Analyst / Jr. Software Dev Engineer position. The role focuses on modernizing CI/CD processes, managing GitHub Enterprise, implementing DevSecOps practices, and improving developer productivity through automation and enterprise tools.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps and GitHub Enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD practices.
- Understanding of GitHub Actions and reusable workflows.
- Knowledge of repository governance and security practices.
- Familiarity with secure DevSecOps processes.
- Knowledge of migration from Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Strong automation and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Git.
- Knowledge of scripting and APIs.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with and support teams across an enterprise environment.

- Drive the adoption of DevSecOps practices across development teams.

- Support the adoption of GitHub Copilot where applicable.
