Job Overview

The Associate Solutions Engineer will play a vital role in supporting Gainsight’s Sales and Solution Consulting teams. Key Responsibilities

The Associate Solutions Engineer will contribute to Gainsight’s technical sales processes by performing the following responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining demo and proof-of-concept environments used by Sales and Solution Consulting teams.
  • Acting as an internal administrator for the Solutions Engineering Operations POD within various Gainsight product suites such as CS, PX, CC, SJ, and ST.
  • Ensuring all master demo environments remain updated with new releases, features, and product enhancements.
  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to incorporate the latest updates into demo environments.
  • Analyzing data and designing solutions that align with customer business needs and use cases.
  • Configuring the Gainsight platform to match the unique technical requirements of potential customers.
  • Customizing demo environments using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and integrations to highlight the product’s full value.

This role offers exposure to multiple product lines and provides hands-on experience in delivering tailored demonstration experiences that support Gainsight’s technical sales success.

Skills Required

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess a mix of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving ability. Gainsight is looking for individuals who have:

  • 0.6 to 2 years of experience in solutions engineering, professional services, or related technical roles.
