The Apprentice role falls under the Corporate Services division, where selected candidates will work closely with the Executive & Operations Support (EOS) team. Key Responsibilities

Event Management and Engagement Activities

This includes staff town halls, senior leadership visits, festival celebrations, and other large-scale internal events. The candidate will help with decisions related to event formats, venues, suppliers, logistics, and communication.

Administrative Support

You will support the EOS team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, drafting communication documents, managing correspondences, arranging travel, and coordinating meeting logistics including AV setups and catering.

Cross-functional Coordination

The role requires interacting with various internal teams to ensure smooth execution of programs and alignment with organizational objectives. Collaboration is essential to deliver a consistent employee experience across different functions.

Onboarding and Employee Support

The Apprentice will also support the People Team by assisting with onboarding, transfers, and offboarding processes. Activities include managing building access, equipment distribution, and facilitating travel or workspace arrangements for visitors.
