Job Description

Flex is looking for candidates to join its finance team as a Financial Analyst. The role involves supporting cost accounting activities, maintaining financial records, monitoring key accounting metrics, and working with operations teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for preparing month-end journal entries, maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), supporting process improvements, and learning various cost accounting activities. This role provides an opportunity to develop practical knowledge of accounting, financial processes, ERP systems, and business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

  • B.Com, BBA (Finance), M.Com, or MBA (Finance).

  • Prepare and maintain SOPs according to the latest processes.
  • Maintain process-related documentation in the Document Management System (DMS).
  • Learn cost accounting activities and provide backup support to the cost accountant.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth completion of finance-related activities.
