Fresh Prints is looking for a Customer Service Associate to provide timely, accurate, and professional support to customers across multiple communication channels. The role involves handling customer inquiries through email, chat, text, and phone while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
The Customer Service Associate will work closely with teams such as Sales, Operations, and Production to address customer requirements. The position also involves maintaining accurate ticket documentation, meeting performance targets, and identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Salary and Benefits
Fresh Prints offers a monthly base salary of $550 to $700, depending on experience. Employees working eligible night shifts may also receive an $80 night shift allowance.
