Roles and Responsibilities

• Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in product transfer and manufacturing localization activities.
• Contribute to the execution of the Mitosis Program.
• Create, update, and maintain manufacturing process documentation.
• Assist with validation protocols, work instructions, qualification records, and engineering documentation.
• Support process validation and equipment qualification activities.
• Assist with fixture qualification and manufacturing readiness activities.
• Provide hands-on support on the shop floor during product transfer and production ramp-up.
• Participate in manufacturing process improvement initiatives.
• Support activities focused on manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Recent graduate or early-career engineer with an interest in manufacturing engineering.
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing shop-floor environment.
