- Create user accounts and send invitations to end users.
- Provide platform walkthroughs when requested by customers.
- Create databases and establish appropriate permissions for customer use.

- Pick up tasks from the internal task management system.
- Complete assigned tasks while following internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Attend team meetings and company town-hall sessions.
