Job Description
LogiNext is looking for a technically skilled and passionate QA Engineer to support its software testing activities. The role involves manual testing, test case preparation, defect identification, regression testing, and ensuring the quality and stability of software products.
The candidate will work closely with development and cross-functional teams to identify issues, execute testing activities, and support timely product releases. The position provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in software testing, API testing, performance testing, cloud environments, and Agile development practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 years of relevant experience in software testing.
- Strong understanding of manual testing concepts.
- Hands-on experience with non-functional testing such as load, performance, and security testing.
- Knowledge of DevOps is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Linux or Unix environments.
- Understanding of software development, preferably Java.
- Knowledge of Continuous Integration systems.
- Experience with testing applications on AWS and EC2 environments.
- Understanding of API testing.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.

- Design, implement, and execute software test cases.
- Identify, record, and track bugs during the software release lifecycle.
- Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform regression testing after defects are resolved.
- Review requirements and technical design documents.
- Provide timely feedback regarding product requirements and functionality.
- Perform manual testing to support high-quality software releases.
- Identify functional and non-functional issues.
- Suggest effective solutions for identified testing issues.
- Test APIs and applications across different environments.
- Support testing activities in AWS and EC2 environments.
- Work closely with development and cross-functional teams.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and results effectively.
- Help ensure timely delivery through proper planning and execution.
