The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting technical training programs, supporting associates with technical issues, and evaluating the technical competencies of candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and deliver targeted interview preparation training programs for associates.
- Conduct technology training sessions for staging associates.

- Perform technical screening of HTD and experienced hires.
- Assess the technical competencies and skill levels of candidates.
- Assist EIBs with technical support cases.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proficiency in one or more programming technologies such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge of Angular, React, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of Data Structures.
- Good knowledge of SQL and the ability to write complex queries.
