Job Description
Unisys is looking for an Associate Tech Service Desk to provide first-level technical support to end users. The role involves handling routine hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues, managing service tickets, fulfilling user requests, and escalating complex technical problems to higher-level support teams.
The selected candidates will also be responsible for keeping users updated about ticket status, following service desk procedures and security policies, and contributing to improvements in the service desk knowledge base.
Qualifications & Skills
- Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and early-career candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, networking, and Microsoft applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

- Use remote support tools to diagnose and resolve basic technical problems.
- Create, update, and manage service desk tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to second- and third-level support teams.
- Coordinate and fulfill end-user service requests such as software installation and user administration.
- Keep users and clients informed about ticket status and progress.
- Ensure service requests and incidents are followed through to closure.
- Follow service desk, desktop, peripheral, connectivity, and security policies.
- Contribute to maintaining and improving the service desk knowledge base.
- Work according to organizational Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
