Hexaware is looking for passionate Gen AI Developer Associates to join its AI engineering team. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build innovative AI-powered applications using Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Generative AI technologies.

Selected candidates will work on developing AI models, experimenting with modern Generative AI frameworks, and supporting the deployment of intelligent solutions in production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Machine Learning models with a focus on Generative AI and NLP.
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Research and explore the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies.
• Build AI applications using modern Machine Learning frameworks.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Python code.
• Assist in deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI models.
• Collaborate with team members on AI research and development projects.

Required Skills

• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
