About the Role

YASH Technologies Executive Inside Sales Recruitment

As an Executive – Inside Sales, you will identify IT influencers and decision-makers, generate leads through cold calling and social selling on LinkedIn, and qualify opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline. This role focuses on IT services sales across SAP, Microsoft, AWS, QAD, Oracle, IMS, and Digital Transformation technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify IT influencers and decision-makers, and set up appointments/meetings.
  • Generate leads through social media, primarily by leveraging LinkedIn.
  • Qualify responses to leads and opportunities, ideally with a strong BANT score.
  • Drive lead generation through cold calling, social selling, and email marketing.
  • Send emails to customers to support lead generation efforts.
  • Create, execute, and follow up with clients regularly to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work in night shifts to support the US market.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduates with an MBA or B.E./B.Tech from reputed universities, with 0–3 years of experience, can apply. Candidates should have experience (or strong aptitude) in cold calling, social selling on LinkedIn, secondary research, and excellent oral, verbal, and written communication with good email etiquette.
