About the Role
As an App Automation Eng Associate, you will be part of the Tech For Operations (TFO) team, which provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model. This role involves driving automation implementation in Application Maintenance projects — combining AI, RPA, and custom bots for automated ticket resolution, ticket analytics, automated monitoring, self-healing, and automated service management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement automation to reduce ticket-based and non-ticket-based operational effort.
- Design, assemble, and implement automation solutions combining AI, RPA, and custom bots.
- Support automated ticket resolution, assisted ticket resolution, and ticket analytics.
- Contribute to automated monitoring, preventive monitoring, predictive monitoring, and self-healing systems.
- Solve routine problems through precedent and general guidelines, escalating as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with a BE or any graduate degree and 1–3 years of experience can apply. Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, incident management, and MySQL is required, along with the ability to establish strong client relationships and troubleshoot issues independently. Candidates should be open to working rotational shifts.
