About the Role

Deloitte EUS Analyst Hyderabad Recruitment

As an Associate Services Specialist I on the CXO Asset Lifecycle IT Services team, you will deliver technical support through Deloitte’s ITS walk-up experience, including in-person, phone, and email support for incidents and service requests. You will be the vital point of contact for IT-related issues, supporting hardware, software, and mobile devices for Deloitte professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support through in-person, phone, and email channels for incidents and service requests.
  • Support hardware, software, and mobile devices, including configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
  • Install and configure firm-standard images on laptops and desktops, and perform asset tracking activities.
  • Support office technology including audio/video conferencing equipment, printers, and workstation administration in Active Directory.
  • Document issues, resolutions, and service activities per established processes and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure teams, vendors, and business users, including rotational after-hours emergency coverage.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with a Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or another engineering degree can apply. Experience supporting Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom, Windows, and macOS environments is required, along with experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and mobile devices.

Required Skills

  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office, Zoom, Windows, and macOS environments.
  • Experience supporting video conferencing, audio/video, or telephony equipment.
  • Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
  • Experience using or administering Active Directory.
  • Preferred: ITIL, MCITP, A+, Network+, or Dell/HP certification.
