Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, and configuring solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Experience Data Services (EDS).
- Develop and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows for client projects.
- Build adaptive and responsive forms using AEM Forms and EDS frameworks.
- Collaborate with UX designers, backend engineers, and business analysts to deliver integrated digital solutions.
- Support data integrations through REST APIs and third-party systems using Java-based backend logic.
- Conduct unit testing, identify and fix issues, and assist in application deployment.
- Learn and apply Adobe’s best practices for performance optimization, accessibility, and security.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (including internships and academic projects).
- Strong understanding of Core Java, Servlets, JSP, and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic frontend development.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and integration methods.
- Willingness to learn and work on Adobe Experience Manager (Sites, Forms, Assets) and AEM EDS.
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Exposure to any CMS platform like AEM, WordPress, or Sitecore is a plus.
- Understanding of AEM-specific technologies such as:
- Sightly/HTL
- OSGi framework
- CRX/CRXDE
- Familiarity with tools like Maven, Git, JIRA, and Jenkins.
- Basic knowledge of JSON, XML, and form data handling.
- Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like Angular or React.js is an added advantage.
