About the Role
The Customer Support Analyst – Munis role focuses on delivering high-quality support to clients using the Munis platform, which is widely used by investment banks and financial institutions for managing new issuance processes.
In this role, you will interact directly with clients, assist them in resolving issues, and ensure smooth functioning of the platform. You will also gain exposure to financial markets, deal lifecycle processes, and enterprise applications.

Role Overview
- Provide application support to global financial clients
- Handle client queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor transactions and system performance
- Assist in onboarding and training clients
- Support business operations through reporting and analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor inbound client requests through emails, ticketing systems, and calls, and address issues related to transactions and application usage
- Proactively track live transactions to ensure system stability, performance, and successful execution of client activities
- Assist clients with deal management processes, troubleshooting production issues, and providing guidance on platform usage
- Conduct client meetings, training sessions, and product demonstrations to enhance user understanding and adoption
- Prepare and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports with accuracy, helping stakeholders make informed decisions
- Collaborate with product specialists to share client feedback and contribute to product improvements and roadmap planning
- Support onboarding processes by coordinating training, user access, and testing activities for new clients
- Compile operational reports to track business health metrics such as volumes, performance, and risk exposure
- Identify opportunities for improving product adoption and user experience through regular audits and feedback
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field (BA / BS or equivalent)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools and internet-based applications
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines
