About the Role
This team enables automation at Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers, supporting real-time and offline image/video data auditing services for Amazon’s Internal Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics teams. As an Associate, you will watch videos of stowing actions at fulfillment centers, apply human judgement using provided tools, and verify or mark product locations with a high degree of accuracy. This work directly supports fulfillment center inventory accuracy and stow quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Watch and audit several hundred videos per shift, following accuracy and productivity goals.
- Provide responses following acceptable practices for image/video/text-based audits.
- Identify details from blurry or low-clarity videos with high attention and focus.
- Work rotational shifts, including night shifts, as part of a 24×7 operations team.
- Take pre-defined breaks while completing 6.8 to 7 productive hours per shift.
- Maintain a dedicated home workspace with a table, chair, and sufficient lighting (for WFH associates).
- Keep laptop camera ON during virtual meetings.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree and be willing to work in a non-tech operational role for a contract duration of 6 months. Strong screen focus, fast pace of implementation, and consistent performance are essential, along with willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends, nights, and holidays.
