About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will interface with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or the internet depending on client requirements, providing support and resolution for routine product or service issues. You’ll clarify customer requirements, use decision-support tools to resolve queries, and help improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates or undergraduates in any discipline with 0-3 years of relevant experience can apply. Strong computer navigation skills, a customer service orientation, and the ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal) are important, along with willingness to rotate shifts as needed.
