Job Overview
The Associate Software Engineer role is part of Kaleris’ Managed Services team. In this position, selected candidates will gradually take ownership of day-to-day operational tasks while working closely with experienced engineers. The role focuses on application support, EDI systems, business intelligence tools, and infrastructure operations.
This position is ideal for candidates who want exposure to enterprise systems and are interested in building a career in application engineering, BI, EDI, or infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Software Engineer at Kaleris, your responsibilities will span multiple technical areas, allowing you to develop a broad skill set.
Application Support
- Monitor and support the N4 Terminal Operating System (TOS) and related components
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents under senior guidance
- Perform routine tasks such as job monitoring, configuration checks, and log analysis
EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
- Assist with EDI deployments and partner configurations
- Troubleshoot common EDI-related issues
- Validate message flows and resolve basic data mismatches
Business Intelligence (BI)
- Support existing BI dashboards and reporting tools such as Power BI, Crystal Reports, and SQL-based reports
- Assist with data validation and report troubleshooting
- Help with minor enhancements to existing reports
Infrastructure & Cloud
- Gain exposure to server monitoring, Windows and Linux administration, and basic networking
- Support routine checks on servers, databases, and application services
- Learn cloud infrastructure concepts through real-time operations
Operations Excellence
