Quest Global is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join its recruitment team as US Recruiters. The selected candidates will work on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for different job positions across the United States.
This role provides candidates with exposure to the US staffing industry and complete recruitment lifecycle. Fresh graduates interested in building a career in recruitment and talent acquisition can apply.
Candidates will work with recruitment platforms, databases, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates. They will also coordinate interviews, maintain candidate records, and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening.
- Assess candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and hiring teams.
- Support the overall US recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Candidates with BCA, BE, B.Sc., or equivalent degrees can apply.

Work Environment

The position requires candidates to work in US shifts / night shifts. The job follows a 5-day working schedule.
Candidates should be comfortable working during night hours and communicating with candidates and hiring teams as part of the US recruitment process.
Salary Details
The expected salary for the Quest Global US Recruiter role is approximately ₹3.00 LPA to ₹5.00 LPA.
