About the Role
As a Staff member in Consulting, you will support technical team members on client engagements, assist with fees, billings, invoicing, and budgets, and help maintain efficient team communication. You will prepare reports and dashboards for client teams and senior leadership, review working papers, act as a central point of contact for assigned engagements, and contribute ideas to improve engagement productivity and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to technical team members on client engagements.
- Assist with fees, billings, invoicing, budgets, and efficient team communication.
- Perform non-technical planning and organizational tasks for assigned accounts.
- Ensure required documentation is filed and archived without delays.
- Prepare reports and dashboards for client teams, including senior leadership.
- Review working papers and client folders, suggesting ideas to improve engagement productivity.
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned engagement(s).
