Key Responsibilities
- Handle client requests and queries via phone or email with professionalism and courtesy.

- Track, analyze, and document problem-solving steps for better resolutions.
- Follow service-level agreements (SLAs) to resolve client issues on time.
- Provide product support, guide customers through product features, and troubleshoot queries.
- Maintain logs, call records, and prepare reports for recurring issues.

- Deliver excellent customer service by diagnosing issues and providing alternative solutions.
- Keep updated with product training, new features, and process changes.
- Collaborate with team leaders to improve service delivery and customer experience.
Performance Parameters
- Process: Number of cases resolved per day, SLA compliance, quality standards, customer feedback.
- Self-Management: Productivity, efficiency, training hours completed, absenteeism.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide product support in a user-friendly way.
- Knowledge of Mortgage (Originations) processes is mandatory.
- Ability to analyze call logs and identify trends for problem prevention.
