About the Role

As a Support Engineer for Amazon Pay, you will engage with operations, product, tech, and program stakeholders to lead the end-to-end development of new category or biller onboarding, from design and testing through launch and continuous improvement. You will apply Generative AI and Agentic systems expertise to enhance designs and improve builder productivity, while serving as a technical subject matter expert for your team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of new category or biller onboarding, testing, and launch.
  • Integrate Generative AI and Agentic systems into daily workflows to enhance designs and productivity.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact and subject matter expert for your focus area.
  • Investigate technical product and operational issues, developing effective solutions.
  • Guide team members through root cause analysis and problem resolution.
  • Design, develop, test, launch, and improve self-service software products.
  • Improve documentation by identifying gaps and creating new materials for operational excellence.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates with 1+ years of software development or technical support experience, along with experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems and scripting in modern programming languages, can apply.
