About the Role
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will own Clueso’s Articles and SOP creation product end-to-end, helping define how AI-powered documentation is created, edited, and maintained at scale. You’ll work closely with founders and the design team to own how companies create, edit, and publish help articles using AI — this isn’t a simple text editor, but a rich, structured, AI-assisted authoring system.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Articles Editor end-to-end: from blank page to AI-assisted drafting to branded, publish-ready content.
- Deep ownership of the TipTap/ProseMirror editor: schemas, extensions, plugins, and performance.
- Design AI-native editing workflows: rewriting, expanding, structuring, and formatting content intelligently.
- Build reusable, branded templates and content blocks that scale across customers.
- Own features end-to-end, collaborating on APIs, data models, and backend tradeoffs.
Required Skills
- Strong frontend fundamentals with React and modern state management.
- Hands-on experience with TipTap or ProseMirror (schemas, nodes, marks, plugins, editor state).
- Proven product ownership, having taken features from early versions to real users.
- Comfort working full stack when needed (APIs, data models, backend constraints).
- Bonus: experience building editors, design tools, or Notion-like products.
Recommended Certifications & Skills to Stand Out
For rich-editor and AI-native product roles like this one, hands-on experience with ProseMirror or TipTap is the single biggest differentiator, since few engineers have built serious editors before. A personal project involving a structured content editor or a Notion-like tool demonstrates far more than certifications here.
