Roles and Responsibilities
As a Process Associate – Core HR (EDM), you will:
- Process employee data accurately in the HR Management System.
- Manage Employee Data Management (EDM) activities.
- Handle complex HR transactions and eligibility verification.
- Generate reports and perform data reconciliations.
- Resolve employee and customer queries related to HR processes.
- Ensure compliance with client policies and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Support internal business control and audit requirements.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream HR teams to resolve issues.
- Assist in system testing and HR process improvements.
- Maintain high-quality customer service and process accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have:
