About the Role
As an Assoc IT Developer, you will evaluate, design, develop, or modify programs for internal functional areas including finance, human resources, and marketing. You’ll analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems, develop system design documentation (including GUI design where required), perform coding, and test and debug programs — working closely with functional users to enhance and maintain internal business systems that help Medtronic run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, design, develop, or modify programs for finance, HR, and marketing functional areas.
- Analyze existing programs and formulate logic for new systems.
- Develop system design documentation, perform coding, and test/debug programs.
- Create ad hoc or bolt-on programs for integrations or functional business teams.
- Develop conversion and system implementation plans, and prepare programming documentation.
- Correct program errors, prepare operating instructions, and compile support documentation.
- Train users in system enhancements and modifications.
Eligibility Criteria
