About the Role
As a Business Operations Analyst, you will support stakeholders with daily, weekly, and monthly reports in Salesforce, building and maintaining CRM dashboards with complete ownership and accountability. You’ll work closely with HQ and global region teams, driving transition calls and process documentation for all activities, plus additional ad hoc business and sales operations activities as needed.

- Handle process documentation for all business operations activities.

Required Skills
- Excellent Advanced Excel skills; Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Ability to focus on details, multitask, and deliver quality output on time.
- Positive attitude and willingness to upskill with tools like CRM and Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
- Flexible for evening calls (8PM-11PM IST) and shift work as needed.
Recommended Certifications & Skills to Stand Out
