About the Role
As a Technology Program Intern, you will join Wells Fargo’s structured 2027 campus program, participating in classroom training, self-study assignments, and workshops while working on low-complexity initiatives under supervision. You’ll gradually develop understanding of the function, policies, and compliance requirements while contributing to real deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the formal internship program and workshops for low-complexity initiatives.
- Attend classroom training, self-study assignments, and networking events.
- Review basic or tactical issues, policies, and procedures related to low-risk tasks.
- Receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters.
- Provide information to managers, functional colleagues, and stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need at least 6 months of relevant experience through work, training, military service, or education. A Bachelor’s degree in engineering with expected graduation between March 2028 and August 2028 is desired, along with availability for the Summer 2027 internship (May–August).
Required Skills
