About the Role
As a Junior UI Developer, you’ll work closely with UI/UX designers and backend engineers to build responsive, accessible, and scalable front-end interfaces. You’ll be responsible for converting UI/UX designs into functional web interfaces, integrating UI features with backend APIs, and ensuring applications perform well across different devices and browsers.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert design mockups and prototypes into responsive, mobile-friendly pages.
- Use HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript to build UI components.
- Integrate front-end features with backend services via REST APIs.
- Perform debugging, cross-browser testing, and UI performance optimization.
- Follow UI/UX guidelines and accessibility standards, and participate in code reviews.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with jQuery and responsive design principles.
- Ability to convert Figma or design mockups into working code.
- Good debugging and cross-browser testing skills.
- Exposure to React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
