The S&P Global Customer Excellence group is looking for a highly skilled team player to join its project team focused on Third Party Risk Management. The selected candidate will collaborate with product, solutions, and engineering teams to support successful customer onboarding implementations for S&P Global’s KYC services.

Customer Excellence teams interact regularly with customers and serve as an important link between customers and internal stakeholders. The role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage complex KYC and AML-related projects.

The position provides opportunities to work with large global organizations and financial institutions while developing expertise in KYC onboarding, remediation, screening, risk assessment, and compliance processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage large project implementations involving customer onboarding.
  • Support KYC onboarding and remediation activities.
  • Perform full reviews and risk assessments of clients.
  • Conduct outreach to clients when required.
  • Perform screening and disposition of alerts related to entities and related parties.
  • Work with complex global entity structures.
  • Understand different entity types, including NBFIs, corporations, general partners, limited partners, LLCs, trusts, funds, SPVs, and banks.

  • Identify key risks and escalate priority issues to management.
