Neolytix is looking for recent graduates to join its Intelligent Automation team. The selected candidates will receive training and mentorship to design, build, and test automations for business and healthcare revenue-cycle processes.
Candidates should have solid programming fundamentals, logical and analytical thinking, familiarity with spreadsheets, and genuine interest in AI and automation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Learn to design, build, and test automations using visual workflow and RPA tools.
- Work with AI models to support automation solutions.
- Support the Intelligent Automation team in developing and testing business and RCM workflows.
- Write and maintain simple Python scripts for data handling, integrations, and automation tasks.
- Map manual processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Document workflows, test cases, and process steps.
- Monitor running automations and log exceptions.
- Identify and report issues to senior automation team members.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Copilot to prototype, draft, and test solutions.
Qualifications & Skills
